- ripe pineapple,oranges, pawpaw(not quite ripe) and banana
- water, milk or syrup
- sugar
METHOD
Peel and cut the pineapple into slices.
Add water and boil for 5 minutes.
Peel and cut the pawpaw into required shapes and add.
Boil till the pawpaw is tender.
Remove from the fire and allow to cool.
Peel and slice the bananas and oranges.
Arrange the fruit in alternate layers in a glass dish.
Pour syrup over or add milk when serving.
